All American Fireworks Cruise and Dinner Cruise; Enjoy a casual dinner aboard the finest dinning yacht in Southern California, Sir Winston. There is something special about cruising the Long Beach Harbor to experience this beautiful city at night and a spectacular Fourth of July Fireworks Show!

Vegetable Crudité with ranch dip, Traditional Hummus, Domestic Cheese Assortment, Summit’s Famous Million Dollar Bacon

-Traditional Caesar Salad with fresh baked focaccia croutons, shaved parmesan served with Caesar dressing & cumin cilantro lime vinaigrette
