All American Fireworks Cruise and Dinner Cruise; Enjoy a casual dinner aboard the finest dinning yacht in Southern California, Sir Winston. There is something special about cruising the Long Beach Harbor to experience this beautiful city at night and a spectacular Fourth of July Fireworks Show!

Thursday, July 4th, 2024, 6:30pm to 10:00pm
-Boarding Starts at 6:00 pm
-Departing 7:00 pm *
-Food Service 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
-Fireworks : 9:00 pm

Vegetable Crudité with ranch dip, Traditional Hummus, Domestic Cheese Assortment, Summit’s Famous Million Dollar Bacon
-Accompaniments: herbed flatbreads, pita chips & gourmet crackers
-Traditional Caesar Salad with fresh baked focaccia croutons, shaved parmesan served with Caesar dressing & cumin cilantro lime vinaigrette
-Summer Fresh Fruit watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, seedless grapes & strawberries
-Garlic Rosemary Tater Tots
-Cajun Russet Potato Wedges
-Condiments: ketchup, chipotle mayo & ranch dip
-4 Cheese Macaroni finished with golden parmesan breadcrumbs
