My husband and I had our wedding reception on the Triumphant on Saturday, July 7, 2018 (Rich Cormier/ Raquel Jordan). Jared was the person that assisted us. We had several requests and he accommodated all of our requests from beginning to end. Every time we called Jared was always willing and able to answer our many questions. If there were any questions that he was unable to answer, he always followed up with us in a timely manner. His willingness to go above and beyond is commendable. We are grateful for the time and attention he gave us. Our wedding reception was absolutely beautiful, and we appreciate Jared and all that he did to ensure that our wedding reception cruise went smoothly. Thank you again Jared for providing quality service. We will definitely utilize Long Beach Cruises again and recommend LB Cruises to others and we will recommend Jared.
We would also like to recognize the staff on the boat. From the captain to the bartenders (selected by Jared), the boat staff were polite and courteous to us and all of our family and friends.

Please extend my since appreciation to Nikki at Harbor Dinner Cruise for the fantastic job she did for our conference attendees!!!

I appreciate the flexibility she provided in terms of finding ‘new’ ships as our attendance numbers grew. And it was very nice for everyone at the dinner cruise to be given the complimentary glass of champagne which led to a rousing “Cheers to 30 Years” toast I understand by those who were on the cruise that evening.

And I also want to thank her for the wonderful tasting event at Gladstone’s earlier in the week. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.

My only regret was that we never had an opportunity to meet in person. I had even pulled out my two yearbooks from Dodson Jr. High – 1990 and 1991 – so we could look at pictures of some of the teachers. Will just have to try again the next time I am in the Long Beach area – hopefully not too long……..

Cheers to 30 years

I just wanted to THANK each and every person who helped make our cruise such a success! The amazing 5 level Yacht was just breath taking when we walked up. Then when we got to the upper deck and there was champagne waiting for us to do our “Cheers to 30 years” it was just beautiful. The sunset and all the people getting to socialize in such an amazing place, it was just priceless! Bartenders were great, quick and friendly! The food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from! We here at WAI would like to thank you for all you did for us, it was a night to remember!

Just took a couple of minutes to post this on YELP – You may quote all of it! “Can Do!” approach to a very tailored event was phenomenal. The professionalism began long before the guests arrived, with the staff and crew at our disposal before the event. Nikki responds seconds after any requests. The Captain and crew are top notched – from the complimentary champagne, safety briefing, pointing out dolphins, serving the savory dishes, pouring wine for the guests and of course – serving the birthday cake! Two excellent Captains on board – what more can you ask for! SUGGESTION: Hire as many additional staff you think you might need – the professional service is a BARGAIN towards you (Host/Hostess) actually enjoying your own event! I celebrated my 50th Birthday on the Caroline and just hosted my best friend’s 70th!

I’d like to thank you for all you did for us Nikki. You were great on our initial contact and on getting us a quote in a timely fashion and then right into the arranging of the event with my wife. But then you stayed in constant communication with us up until the boat left the dock. You don’t know how important that is for us customers who are so stressed about everything coming out right. Thank you. You had a lot of great ideas and whatever issues or problems we were having you addressed and corrected immediately. Just a pleasure to work with and Dan should be proud of how you represent him and his company. Once we drove up you were there to help us and introduce us to Jason who took over from there. Jason was not only super efficient but was pleasant and funny and a great guy to have around throughout the evening. He was a total professional and worked tirelessly to keep my wife and daughter from stressing and kept the event flowing all night. The Captain was another person who went above and beyond the call of duty and I can’t thank him enough. Thanks to you Dan and Harbor Breeze Cruises and all the employees that worked to make my daughters Sweet 16 a night to remember for her and all aboard the Caroline.

Even though our Town Hall Meeting ended a bit too late and totally wrecked our schedule, most of us managed to make it there on time. Some Associates from out of town had nothing but positive things to say about Long Beach and the awesome time they were having on the Harbor Cruise. Catering was great! Your switch to a new catering company really made a difference. The crew was very nice and willing to help with any needs or concerns. She did a “phenomenal” job over and above the course of duty! Every time we went to do something, there she was to assist us. If it’s around raise time, I would recommend giving her a nice bump! Oh yes our evening was fantastic!!! Everyone did a super job. We loved the DJ–everyone was up and dancing. Steven made the party!!! I told him if I was given the opportunity to give feedback I would let you know he should go out on every cruise–he is amazing. The music selections were perfect. He interacted with the crowd and followed our run of evening–making changes as I needed. Hats off–so great. The servers were terrific–we loved our bartender–she was personable and so helpful and we really appreciated her. Overall this was a 10+ evening on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best party of our life. Our guests were so complementary and asked if we would be throwing another party soon!! I also passed your name on to a couple of guests for future parties that they are considering/ Not sure if this will be shared with your corporate office but please pass on to them for us that you were the best!! Every bit of the way you were responsive, helpful, kind and accommodating. I have done events before and I was so very happy with this one–you made our evening the best I could have imagined. We did enjoy the cruise and the crew was great! I did not catch the name of the gentleman that assisted us throughout the night but he was very helpful and had great service. We did enjoy it and am looking to having a larger vessel next time.

We had a ball Sunday. It was a very good experience. The one gentlemen with a lot of personality, I can’t remember his name but he had a great attitude, bubbly personality, very friendly. The bartender was great. Very nice and friendly, quiet, sweet young lady. Everyone loved the vessel. It was beautiful and large enough for our crowd. I loved the stadium seating at the front of the ship. This area was perfect for our games that we played, Family Feud and Deal or No Deal. I thought we were going to hook our mics into your PA system. But it worked out great anyway because we had karaoke going on in the main dining room and we had games going on the upper deck. It was so secluded each section that you could not disturb what was going on in one group versus the other. I thought that worked out perfectly. We definitely will use Harbor Cruises for our next party event. Thank you and your staff. Job well done.

The party on Saturday was

The party on Saturday was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I had been so worried about how things were going to work out but I have to say this party was perfect in every way! The food was fabulous and although I had originally wanted a sit down meal, I think doing the Mexican finger food was actually much better. It gave a chance for people to get food when they wanted and to move about and mingle at their own pace. The entire staff was so wonderful. They were always there to help if needed and they were so friendly. I also wanted to thank you for helping to make this all happen. I knew that I couldn’t let Dan’s retirement pass without some kind of celebration and Harbor Breeze Cruises was the perfect option for this celebration. Thank you again so much. You were such a pleasure to work with. By the way, Dan was indeed very surprised and had such a great time. Thank you for a party we will never forget

Hi, Nikki! After all of those weeks of coordination and preparation with you, everything was “smooth sailing” on our end! The caterer was fantastic and so accommodating – everyone loved the food! The crew was seamless and efficient in service, and plates and cups were spirited away by invisible hands always keeping the area neat and tidy. The captain delivered a remarkably smooth ride as we cruised past all of the landmark sites in the Long Beach harbor. I would highly recommend to you anyone, and I look forward to planning another cruise adventure together!

Also, I took her to a harbor cruise last Sunday, and the Cruise was awesome, but we didn’t see whales, and we saw only couple dolphins. I wish I had see more because was first time for her. When I went last time to see the yacht was amazing and I saw 100 of dolphins.

I must compliment both Kim the Lead Server for managing the buffet and keeping our event moving along successfully. Our first impression of Harbor Breeze Charters & Cruises was from your smiling Deckhand Dale who greeted passengers on the damp moving dock and made everyone feel safe and welcome.

Our annual three day conference is always information filled and a powerful experience for the attendees, but those things pass. This conference will be remembered by the special delight provided for those seeing Long Beach at night from the La Espada. That is the permanent memory from our conference and speaks to the great service, wonderful staff and perfect venue for a nighttime floating party. Thanks for everything.

The captain, staff, crew and caterer were all lovely, and we really enjoyed the food. What a great experience! I’ve been recommending it to all of my friends and can’t wait until the next time we can join you on one of your yachts.

I have only positive feedback for this staff on the Sir Winston. EVERYONE was pleased with the level of service your team gave us. The staff was friendly, courteous, caring, warm, professional. They gave us EXCELLENT SERVICE. Everyone ALL your staff, was so nice. Let them know I said thank you so much. Did they have a good time with us. I hope we were not too much trouble.

Our Experience on Harbor Breeze

Our Experience on Harbor Breeze Yacht Charters and Crusies was a memorable one. Everyone had a great time and the food was delicious. Working with Nikki to arrange everything (even with all my chances and strange requests), she made the experience easy and stress free. Our Bartender was fun and very accommodating. We will definitely be doing more events with Nikki and Harbor Breeze!!!!!

I had an awesome time,

I had an awesome time, as did the Chief, Lieutenant, Committee and most of the attendees. I enjoyed the food, as did my table, the Chief’s table, etc. The crew were fantastic! Captain was extremely personable, he kept me or the Chief informed of any plans and at the end wanted a picture with the 2 of us. I enjoyed working with you and thought that everything went well. Chief Velez said at the party that I will have a hard time topping this next year. Also, we had a Corporal and his date get stuck on the freeway, their GPS said they wouldn’t arrive until after 7:30, the Captain offered to pick them up at Alamitos, allowing us to set sail and them still to catch the boat, the caterers set aside food for them. I thought it was wonderful that they didn’t miss the boat! Again, thank you for everything!

Thank you so much and what you did for us was absolutely amazing and so greatly appreciated. Your staff were so awesome And really impressed my planners. All they were talking about was what a great add on to their reunions it would be to tie in a Cruise on their agenda. The captain was absolutely amazing and so well educated on the history of Long Beach. I especially loved the Wealth of knowledge the captain had in regards to Villa Riviera on Ocean Blvd in Long Beach and it’s roll with the U.S. Navy in WWII Which was amazing for the Vets. Way to pair such an iconic icon on a cruise with Navy Vets…KUDOS!! I would refer Harbor Breeze Cruises to all group’s you guys truly ROCK!

I want to give a big thanks to Nikki, the Harbor Breeze crew, Captain Stan and especially Joanne. All of you made our wedding day not only special but super fun and stress free. I was able to show up and enjoy every moment of my wedding along with my wedding party and guests without having to worry about any set up, clean up or service. All of my friends and family have said they had such a great time, and that it was one of the funner weddings they have been to. I also have to say that all of the food was delicious and the drinks were awesome. Lastly, a huge THANK YOU to Joanne who went above and beyond by helping me find a hair and makeup artist when I could not, and was there all night making sure we had one of the best nights of our lives. I will never forget our evening aboard the Triumphant with Harbor Breeze.

I wanted to let you know that we sent out a feedback survey and got 100% of people rating the dinner cruise as “good” or “excellent!” Here are the comments people left: • The food was good, and it was really relaxing sitting on the cruise. • Lovely, good food too. • I loved the idea of having time dedicated to relaxation and socializing. I think it’s important to do this after a day filled with activities, and a dinner cruise was perfeet! • Cruise was great. • Did not get seasick. Great views while we enjoy the dinner and cocktails. Food was limited but ok. Can’t remember if there were any music. They should have some relaxing background music. • I thought the cruise was a smart way to force mingling among each other since we were all confined to the boat. Thank you, so much, for everything!

I want to again say thank you. We had a great experience with Captain Dan and the team on La Espada.
It was a pleasure working with you after getting the recommendation from the LPBCAP and the convention bureau. You made it easy to make this event happen.
I must compliment both Kim the Lead Server for managing the buffet and keeping our event moving along successfully. Our first impression of Harbor Breeze Charters & Cruises was from your smiling Deckhand Dale who greeted passengers on the damp moving dock and made everyone feel safe and welcome.

Our annual three day conference is always information filled and a powerful experience for the attendees, but those things pass. This conference will be remembered by the special delight provided for those seeing Long Beach at night from the La Espada. That is the permanent memory from our conference and speaks to the great service, wonderful staff and perfect venue for a nighttime floating party. Thanks for everything.
